Postcard Solitaire

Terms of use

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms are between you and Deez Labz, LLC (“we”), the company that makes Postcard Solitaire. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. Apple’s standard licence for apps from the App Store applies too; where the two differ, these terms apply between you and us.

The short version

  • Play and enjoy the game for yourself.
  • Coins, decks, tables and other things you earn in the game have no cash value, and they stay in the game.
  • Places, Detours and items can change, and some are only open for a while.
  • Please don’t cheat, copy the game or take it apart.

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to download Postcard Solitaire and play it on Apple devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment and not for any business. The game, its art, music, sounds, words and code belong to Deez Labz, LLC or the people who license them to us.

Coins and things you earn

You earn coins by playing, and spend them in the game on things like decks, tables, music and upgrades.

We may offer things for real money, such as packs of coins. Apple handles the payment, and refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Coins you buy follow the same rules as coins you earn.

Places, Detours and updates

New places and Detours download as they’re ready. Some Detours, like Halloween Hollow, are open only for a while. We may change, move or take down any place, level, Detour or item, and we may update the game, sometimes in ways that change how it plays. We don’t promise that any feature will stay the same or stay available.

Ads

The game is free to play, and ads help pay for it. Ads come from Google and other companies, not from us, and we aren’t responsible for what an advertiser offers. Our privacy policy explains how ads use information.

Fair play

Please don’t:

If someone breaks these terms, we may stop them from downloading new places or using the game’s services.

The places in the game

The places in Postcard Solitaire are drawn for fun. Their names are used only to say where you are. We aren’t connected with, or endorsed by, any landmark, city, business or person shown in the game.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Postcard Solitaire run well, but it’s provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or right for any purpose.

Limit on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Deez Labz, LLC isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost progress, data or time, and our total responsibility for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the year before the claim, if any. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can’t be changed by agreement.

Children

If you’re under 13, or under the age your country requires for these terms, please play with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Changes

We may change these terms. If we do, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top, and tell you in the game if the change is important. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Deez Labz, LLC is registered, without regard to rules on conflicts of law. If you live in a country that gives you the right to bring a claim in its own courts under its own laws, you keep that right.
